Louise Cooney to leave ‘unsafe’ New York and return to Ireland amid COVID-19 crisis


Louise Cooney has created the tricky final decision to return house to Eire quickly as the coronavirus disaster grips New York City.

The Irish social media star has booked flights for herself and canine Cooper, just after describing the environment in New York as “unsafe” amid the COVID-19 world pandemic.

“Okay so I just booked flights to fly residence on Saturday,” she shared.


“I had made a decision I was going to stay and then I was extremely uncertain yesterday and currently, and my mothers and fathers were apprehensive.”

“I’m going to fly on Saturday… and Cooper can with any luck , appear – I have emailed AerLingus – and we’re likely to self-isolate for two weeks when we get again just in situation we have just about anything or are carrying anything,” she educated her social media followers.

“It’s spread so speedily in New York that it’s truly terrifying. That’s type of why I want to go [home] since the figures are mad and they’re increasing so rapidly.”


“The streets experience unsafe simply because there is no one particular out on them so you cannot even seriously sense harmless likely out for a wander.

It’s not the New York 12 months that I imagined but I just want to be household with my family members at this time.”

“I never know what lies forward in the weeks forward and at minimum I will feel harmless at household.”
