three/15 at 12: 20 a.m. Joel Nyapir, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Avenue by Officer Daniel Purinton on prices of insignificant consuming liquor and violating conditions of release. Prince Mazimpaka, 19, of South Portland, was also arrested on fees of minor consuming liquor, refusal to post to arrest or detention and violating problems of launch.
